TEMPERATURE SENSOR FOR ENERGY STORAGE HARNESS
There are very few NTC chips, sensors and wiring harnesses in China that are integrated and developed with consistent quality. It meets the energy storage temperature sensing wire harness requirements such as stable signal transmission, flexible structure/support for design changes, temperature acquisition resistance to high temperature/high pressure/waterproof and moisture-proof, aging resistance/flame retardant/life span of more than 10 years, etc., and has a high degree of automation for voltage acquisition.
NEW ENERGY CHARGING GUN/PILE/TEMPERATURE SENSOR
DC/super charging is considered one of the key elements to promote the development of electric vehicles. Ultra-short charging time requires ultra-large current, which puts great pressure on the power electronic equipment in the charging pile and makes thermal monitoring even more critical. To ensure safe temperature monitoring and avoid overheating, the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) stipulates that temperature sensors used in connector systems must meet the minimum requirements of the IEC TS 62196-31 DIN standard. Therefore, the temperature sensor must have reliable measurement accuracy.

ENERGY STORAGE TEMPERATURE CONTROL TEMPERATURE SENSOR
This set of temperature sensors from Terpsen used in energy storage temperature control uses a single-ended glass-encapsulated thermistor, which has high accuracy and good reliability. For example, the double 85 test is for 1,000 hours, and the boiling resistance test is for 1,000 hours. Using a special internal structure, the normal service life is more than 10 years.

TEMPERATURE SENSOR FOR INDUSTRIAL CONTROL
When the motor starts, it has to overcome its own inertia and the reaction force of the load. Therefore, the motor requires a large current and torque when starting. The PTC thermistor is connected in series to the starting auxiliary coil. After starting, the PTC thermistor enters a high resistance state and cuts off the auxiliary coil, which can achieve this effect.
